Arrival:

• Fast Track through passport control;
• assistance with baggage collection and escort through customs control;
• escort to the parking lot;
• coordination of actions with the host party.  

Departure:

• meeting at the departure terminal;
• escort through the check-in and baggage drop-off desk;
• Fast Track through passport control;
• escort to the departure gate.

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 74 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
