Departure:

  • bar and restaurant menu according to the "a la carte" system;
  • free wireless internet;
  • games for children;
  • visual information about the status of flights.
• individual check-in with the help of an employee;
• preflight inspection with personal escort;
• passport and customs control in the common room out of turn;
• porter services;
• baggage handling;
• packing of luggage (2 pieces of luggage for 1 passenger);
• delivery to the aircraft with a separate transport.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 24 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 1,000 ₽ per passenger.
