Service description
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escort through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection and escort through customs control (porter services are included in the price);
- escort to the parking lot. Coordination of actions with the host party.
Departure:
- meeting at the departure terminal at the entrance or at a pre-arranged place;
- escort through the check-in and baggage drop-off desk;
- porter services from the entrance to the terminal to the baggage drop-off counter;
- escort through passport control;
- escort to the departure gate;
- priority boarding.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
