Departure

• check-in, baggage check-in in the VIP lounge;
• passport and customs control in the VIP lounge;
• while waiting for the flight, passengers are offered tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks;
• delivery of the passenger to the plane in a separate car.

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
