Service description
Hall services:
- check-in, baggage and cabin baggage
- waiting for boarding a plane in the business lounge
- bar service (extra charge)
- delivery of passengers to and from the aircraft by minibus
- services of a porter for the delivery of hand luggage to the ramp (on request)
Departure:
- The passenger arrives at the airport 1-1.5 hours before the estimated departure time, due to the end of check-in for 30-40 minutes.
- The passenger passes check-in and pre-flight control independently in the hall. After the boarding announcement (20-30 minutes), the VIP lounge manager invites the passenger to land.
Arrival:
- The passenger is met by the VIP flight dispatcher at the plane’s gangway, and then accompanies the passenger, in a separate transport, to the arrival hall

Cancellation policy
A confirmed Application can be canceled at any time, but no later than 24 hours before the provision of the service.
Cancellation of a confirmed Application less than 24 hours prior to the time the service was provided is a 100% penalty.
NO SHOW - 100% penalty.

Urgent application (filed less than 24 hours before the time of service): + 2000 / passenger
