Service description
Arrival:
- meeting with the nameplate when exiting the aircraft;
- escort through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection (a porter is included in the price);
- escort to the parking lot;
- coordination of the meeting with the host party.
Departure:
- meeting with a nameplate at the entrance to the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation);
- assistance with check-in and baggage check-in (a porter is included in the price);
- escort through passport control;
- escort to the departure gate.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
