Service description
Arrival:
- meeting with a personal concierge with a nameplate at the place where the bus drops off passengers at the terminal;
- escorting to the terminal;
- Fast Track through passport control via a dedicated line;

- baggage collection by the agent (the agent takes the baggage tags from the passengers and takes the luggage from the belt using them) and delivery to the passengers;

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the service is provided is a 100% penalty.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
