Arrival:

• meeting at the arrival gate;
• Fast Track through passport control (no more than three passengers in a group);
• one porter to help with baggage collection;
• departure to the arrival hall, including customs control.

Departure:

• meeting - meeting places:
  • Terminal 1 – at the Marhaba counter in Zone A;
  • Terminal 3 is at the Marhaba counter in the departure area, located before the check-in counters at the first and second entrances to the airport).
• dedicated reception desk (only in terminal 3);
• support at check-in and baggage check-in;
• Fast Track through passport control;
• escort to the departure gate;
• luggage trolleys on request;
• one porter from the meeting to the reception desk.

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the service is rendered is a 100% penalty. Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50/passenger.
