Service description
Only for first and business class passengers.
Arrival:
- meeting at the plane ramp;
- private transfer from the plane to the VIP lounge;
- access to the VIP lounge (one hour stay included):
- passing through passport control
- baggage claim
- light snacks and drinks;
- transfer to the destination (free for up to 40 km from Heathrow Airport, then for an additional fee).
Departure:
- transfer from the destination (free for up to 40 km from Heathrow Airport, then for an additional fee);
- meeting in the VIP lounge;
- access to the VIP lounge (two hours stay included):
- personal concierge;
- check-in for the flight;
- baggage check-in;
- passing through passport control;
- light snacks;
- drinks.

Cancellation policy
The service is non-refundable. Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 60 GBP per passenger.
