Arrival

•  VIP lounge agent meets passengers at the plane ramp in a minibus. The passenger must approach the dispatcher and give their last name. If the passenger has checked baggage, the passenger must pass the baggage tags to the agent. 
•  The agent delivers passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. 
•  When entering the VIP lounge, the passenger must submit their passport to Passport control. Then the passenger is placed in any convenient place in the VIP lounge. The passenger's Luggage is delivered to the VIP lounge

Departure

•  The passenger must arrive at the airport at least 1 hour before departure, due to the end of check-in 40 minutes before departure. Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger goes to the check-in Desk, and the VIP lounge agent registers them for the flight. 
•  After check-in, the passenger is invited to stay in the VIP lounge. 
•  After the announcement of boarding, VIP lounge passengers are delivered to the plane's ramp in a separate VIP lounge minibus

 Bar services are not included in the price and are paid by the passenger himself

A confirmed Request can be canceled at any time, but not later than 24 hours before the service is rendered.

Cancellation of a confirmed Request less than 24 hours before the service is rendered is a 100% penalty.

NO SHOW-100% penalty.
